Do you provide customer service?

Yes! We pride ourselves in offering our fundraisers and donors with excellent customer service. You can contact us directly by using the 'Submit a request' option in the top right corner of our Help Center or emailing us at help@youcaring.com.

We also offer Live Chat support to fundraiser organizers and donors. Look for the "Help" button in the bottom right corner of your screen to reach an agent in real time!
