If you know the email address that you registered with, you can enter it in the link above and we'll send you instructions on how to reset your password.
If you receive a message that there are no accounts associated with the email address that you entered, you can send us an email using the 'Submit a request' link below this article and include "Account Access" in your subject line.
Please make sure to include as many details as possible to help us to locate your account. This includes:
- Your name
- The name and category of your fundraiser
- A link to your fundraiser
- Any email addresses you may have registered with
