How can I add a check or cash donation to my fundraising total?

Here’s how to add an offline donation to your fundraiser:

  1. Log into your dashboard by clicking 'Log In' on the home page (
  2. Click “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Click your name in the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Select “View My Profile” to view the list of fundraisers on your account.
  5. Click "Manage Fundraiser" on the fundraiser you'd like to edit.
  6. Select the "Manage Donations" located on the left side of your screen. Screen_Shot_2017-08-10_at_3.00.05_PM.png
  7. Click “Offline Donations” and select “Add an Offline Donation”. 


  8. Enter the Donation Amount, Donor’s Name, Email, and Donation Message. 


  9. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

Please note that offline donations cannot be edited once entered, but they can be deleted. Once you've entered the payment, you can select to delete it at the bottom of the donation.
