PayPal places limits on the number of purchases an individual cardholder can make using their guest checkout option. These guest purchases are tracked on all websites, not just through YouCaring, and payments will be rejected once their limit is reached. Typically, when the guest checkout limit has been reached, you will be prompted to login to a PayPal account to make a transaction.
If your donation has not been processed for this reason, your options will be to create a new PayPal account, login with an existing account, or use a different credit card for your donation. We’ve found that a large number of unsuccessful PayPal transactions are caused by these guest purchase limits.
